The Cost Of Membership as of 02/16/2010:

Initial Stock Purchase (1 time charge may be re-sold) $1000

Monthly Dues $40
Cessna 150 Aircraft Flying Rates $45/hr (including fuel)
Cessna 172 Aircraft Flying Rates $59/hr (including fuel)

Aircraft rates fluctuate based on fuel price and are recalculated when a new load of fuel is brought to the airport.

*NOTE time is charged as tach time not hobbs.  This saves you money!!!
