The Flying 64th
The Flying 64th is a general aviation flying club offering the most affordable flying in East Tennessee PERIOD.  Our rates are extremely competitive between the Oak Ridge Flyers and other flying clubs. The club is very convenient to Oak Ridge, West Knoxville, Lenior City, Harriman and of course Oliver Springs.
With a limit of 31 members, we offer a better ratio of members to planes than most other flying clubs. The Flying 64th members buy into our club rather than simply renting planes from a pool. Every member is an owner in each aircraft. This helps to ensure that planes are well maintained, and flown better than you get in flying clubs which work on a rental basis.

The flying 64th has added a GREAT benifit for our members!  The club will give you ONE hour with a CFI that is approved by the board per year.  We hope this benifit will help in Bi-Annual's or just refreshers.  In either way - it will make you a safer / better pilot.  The CFI has to be a club member and you have to use a club plane.  All you pay for is your time in the plane.   Please contact Rick Love to schedule your one hour of training / review today (865) 748-4220.
